AI Engineer (Java + GenAI)

We’re hiring a Java + AI Engineer to build and deploy real-world Generative AI solutions at scale.

This isn’t a research role, this is about taking GenAI from concept → production, working on LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation across a large enterprise environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing & building LLM-powered applications (RAG, agents, embeddings)
• Turning business problems into production-ready AI solutions
• Developing scalable APIs & microservices to integrate AI into enterprise systems
• Driving LLMOps / MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, governance, observability)
• Collaborating across Data, Product, and Cloud teams
• Ensuring Responsible AI, security, and compliance by design

What we’re looking for

• 4–8+ years in Software Engineering / AI / ML Engineering
• Strong Java background (must-have)
• Hands-on with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agents)
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL + data pipelines
• Cloud experience (GCP preferred | AWS/Azure welcome)
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication & stakeholder skills
