AI Engineer Lead – Generative AI

About

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer Lead to build and scale Generative AI solutions for Capital Markets Sales teams. This role focuses on creating AI-powered tools that improve client engagement, sales productivity, deal intelligence, and workflow automation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience building ML/AI models in production
• Strong Python programming skills
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Generative AI / LLMs
  • RAG architectures
  • AI agents & agentic frameworks
  • Embeddings, rerankers, and vector databases
  • LLM fine-tuning and deployment
• Experience with Anthropic/Claude models preferred
• Knowledge of distributed systems, algorithms, and scalable AI architectures
• Ability to work closely with Sales and business stakeholders

Preferred

• Experience in Capital Markets or Sales Technology
• Familiarity with AI-first development practices
