Menu of Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and scaling agentic AI solutions to automate commercial processes
• Partnering with business stakeholders to understand needs and co‑create AI‑driven use cases
• Translating business challenges into pragmatic, production‑ready AI systems
• Preparing and facilitating AI / Data Science workshops to drive ideation and digitization
• Applying and promoting an agile way of working across teams and initiatives
• Exploring, evaluating, and adapting new AI tools and frameworks when beneficial

Ingredients for Success

Must‑Have (Non‑Negotiable)

• Very good technical skills in Python and SQL
• Relevant professional hands‑on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and modern LLM architectures
• Proven ability to build AI agents from scratch including very good understanding of cost control, hallucination risks, and knowledge retrieval

Nice‑to‑Have (Preferred)

• Experience with Data Analysis, ML model development, MLOps, Data Engineering or Data Architecture
• Experience working in Google Cloud
• Languages beyond English are a plus

When you meet the requirements of this role, you can expect an annual salary of approximately 72k.
