Are you the ONE? • You bring 3 years of software engineering experience (production applications) • You have hands-on experience with LLM applications in production (operations/maintenance) • You know RAG in practice (chunking, embeddings, retrieval, re-ranking) • You have experience with agentic systems (orchestration, tool use/function calling) and structured outputs (schemas/validation) • You are strong in Python; Azure know-how is a plus • You take ownership and debug confidently across multiple components • You communicate clearly, document pragmatically, and enjoy working in a team (tech & product) • You think analytically, approach ambiguous problems in a structured way, and find fast, clean solutions • You are proactive, set priorities wisely, and deliver reliably • Very good German and English skills complete your profile

Why US? • International environment with purpose—we help safeguard quality, safety, and sustainability worldwide • Flexible working hours—with flextime and a home-office option • Supportive team—regular events and open exchange on equal footing • Great food options—many partner restaurants nearby offering employee discounts • Easy to reach—whether by public transport or by car • Fair compensation—for this position from € 4,611 based on full-time (38.5 hours/week); overpayment depending on qualifications and experience • Start: asap
