Your daily tasks:

Technical Implementation & Operation

• Building, operating, and optimizing productive workloads in the cloud
• Developing and implementing scalable applications and platforms
• Automating AI environments with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
• Handing over developed solutions to operations and supporting go-live

Quality Assurance & Best Practices

• Ensuring a high quality standard for all solutions and projects
• Defining and implementing data, model, and MLOps patterns for training, evaluation, deployment, and operation
• Applying and further developing best practices in security, cost control, and performance

Collaboration & Communication

• Close collaboration with colleagues and customer teams to implement requirements
• Clear and effective communication of technical issues within the team and to stakeholders
• Supporting customer projects from conception to release
• Occasional travel within Germany or Europe depending on the task and customer

Innovation & Further Education

• Working with new technologies and services as well as established industry standards
• Continuous further education and knowledge sharing within the team

Your Qualifications:

• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Team player with a willingness to collaborate closely with colleagues and customer teams
• Extensive practical experience from successfully completed projects in AI, Cloud, or Software Development
• Sound knowledge in at least one public cloud (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• Experience with common programming languages and methods (e.g., Python, C#, Java, Powershell)
• Knowledge and practical experience with DevOps/DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep)
• Experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Familiarity with modern ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace) and APIs
• Experience with automating cloud and AI environments using CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge in data management, Databricks, MLOps, and data governance is a plus
• Passion for continuous learning and innovation
