• Automates inbound and outbound calls

Your Mission

You develop the intelligence behind our Voice AI platform.

From prompt design and model integration to production-ready pipelines.

You work on systems that conduct real customer conversations daily.

Your Tasks

• Development and optimization of AI components for TrendVoice
• Integration and orchestration of LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, local models)
• Design of conversational flows and dialog-based systems
• Prompt engineering and evaluation of model responses
• Building pipelines for Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech
• Processing and analysis of conversation data for performance optimization
• Development of logic for intent detection, routing, and automation
• Close collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Marketing

Your Profile

Must-have:

• Experience in AI / Machine Learning / NLP
• Very good programming skills (Python preferred)
• Experience with APIs and model integration (LLMs, AI Services)
• Understanding of data structures, pipelines, and scalable systems
• Ability to solve complex problems pragmatically

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Conversational AI or Chat/Voicebots
• Knowledge in Speech Processing (ASR, TTS)
• Experience with vector databases / embeddings
• MLOps / Deployment of AI systems
• Experience in the SaaS or product environment
