What We're Looking For

• Qualification level: Bac 5/ Masters or equivalent in engineering school or applied mathematics, data science, AI
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying Data / AI solutions in production
• Proficiency in a programming language: Python is necessary, TypeScript is a plus
• Mastery of software development best practices (code quality, testing, documentation) to transform validated models into robust industrial solutions
• Ability to integrate and deploy artificial intelligence models into the information system as services (API, batch, streaming)
• Mastery of AI Engineering and MLOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure, monitoring, incident management)
• Good knowledge of data and AI environments (e.g., Databricks) and cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
• Ability to apply and evolve AI Engineering and MLOps standards
• Behavioral skills: Teamwork, Communication, Pedagogy
• Language skills: Fluent French & Practical English
• Cloud certification is a plus (AWS or Azure)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in developing and deploying agentic AI applications and Machine Learning models

Your Responsibilities

• Industrialization and production deployment of AI models
• Designs and evolves technical architectures for the deployment and operation of AI models
• Drives technical choices related to implementation (tools, frameworks, patterns)
• Anticipates constraints related to performance, security, robustness, and maintainability
• Guarantees the overall quality of AI components within its scope
• Defines, optimizes, and evolves MLOps pipelines (automation, advanced supervision, retraining)
• Implements advanced monitoring, alerting, and drift management mechanisms
• Takes operational responsibility for critical or large-scale AI systems
• Plays a key role in the scoping and technical arbitration phases of AI use cases
• Contributes to structuring decisions related to architectures, tools, and operating methods
• Acts as a technical referent for its scope
• Actively contributes to the definition and evolution of AI Engineering and MLOps standards
• Shares expertise through mentoring and supporting less experienced profiles
• Contributes to training, onboarding, and recruitment actions for technical AI profiles

What We Offer

• Salary range: €45,000 - €75,000 per year
