Your Role

As an AI Engineering Lead, you will take on a key role in the design, architecture, and implementation of our AI systems – end-to-end. You will work hands-on, set technical standards, and actively shape how users will interact with AI in the future.

This position is ideal for experienced developers with a strong product understanding, technical depth, and the desire to take on responsibility.

Your Tasks

• Conceptualization, architecture, and implementation of scalable AI systems
• Building and optimizing AI Agents, end-to-end
• Working with embeddings and fine-tuning LLMs for classification and reranking
• Applying RLHF and DPO to align LLMs with human feedback
• Building robust data pipelines for efficient processing of unstructured data
• Optimizing algorithms for semantic search and indexing
• Ensuring scalability, stability, and performance in the backend

What We're Looking For

Technical Background:

• In-depth knowledge in NLP, LLMs, Embeddings, ML, and AI-based applications
• Experience in Full-Stack Development (React, TypeScript, Python)
• Proven experience in building complex, production-ready AI systems
• DevOps & Cloud Know-how: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS/GCP, Terraform
