AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our technology team to design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered features that enhance our products and business performance.

You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to bring intelligent capabilities from prototype to production.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Model Development: Design and train machine learning models and algorithms (e.g., neural networks, NLP, Reinforcement Learning) to solve complex business problems.
• Production Deployment: Deploy ML models to production environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI).
• API & Integration: Package models into APIs (using FastAPI or Flask) to integrate with existing software applications.
• Data Pipeline Management: Create and maintain robust ETL pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, and preprocessing, ensuring data quality for training.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor production AI systems for performance, degradation and data drift, performing retraining as needed.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals and to ensure compliance with ethical standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (including libraries like NumPy, Pandas) is mandatory, along with experience in Java or C++.
• AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Machine Learning Fundamentals: Solid understanding of classical ML algorithms, supervised/unsupervised learning, and neural network architectures.
• MLOps and Cloud: Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Data Handling: Proficiency in SQL and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, MongoDB).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Valued Experience

• Experience in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
• Active contribution to open-source projects or Kaggle competitions.
• Knowledge of Generative AI (LLMs), RAG systems, and prompt engineering.
