Why this Role Exists

You are designing how students think with AI, not just use it. This is where DaVi becomes a true coach, not a shortcut.

What you'll do (day-to-day)

• Design and build end-to-end AI learning flows (idea → research → project → portfolio)
• Architect prompt systems that encourage critical thinking (not answers)
• Integrate AI into ProjectBoard’s core platform (projects, showcases, discovery)
• Collaborate with product on:
  • student journeys
  • portfolio generation
  • project structuring systems
• Improve model performance (prompting, evals, fine-tuning where needed)
• Build guardrails:
  • bias mitigation
  • hallucination reduction
  • safe usage patterns

Technical Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered product features end-to-end
• Implement LLM workflows (prompt chains, RAG, tool use)
• Develop and iterate on prompt systems and interaction logic
• Integrate AI into core product surfaces (projects, portfolios, discovery)
• Run evaluations and experiments to improve output quality and behavior
• Apply guardrails and safety patterns in real user flows

Stack & Integration Experience

• Experience integrating AI systems into production environments using Python/TypeScript, with familiarity in Go/Rails, SQL databases, and cloud platforms
