In this role as an AI-First Software Engineer, you will use modern technologies such as Claude and comparable models as central mechanisms for software development. Your main tasks will include translating business requirements into precise prompts, developing APIs, services, and integrations, and refining AI-generated code to a production-ready standard. You will work closely with various specialist departments and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Requirements

The ideal candidate has a completed degree in computer science, mathematics, or a comparable technical education. You should have at least 2 years of practical experience in software development, with a significant portion of this experience coming from classically hand-written code. Profound knowledge in at least one of the programming languages C#, Go, or PHP/Symfony is required. You should also have initial experience with Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools. Knowledge of software architecture, APIs, and relational databases (MySQL/MSSQL) is advantageous, as are experiences with Docker and CI/CD. You should be able to critically evaluate AI output and independently solve problems. Fluent German (at least B2) and good English skills are also necessary. Personally, you are characterized by curiosity about AI, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to constructively question processes.
