As a member of our AI engineering team, your contributions will be pivotal to designing and deploying advanced AI agents that seamlessly integrate with essential business operations, translating data into actionable insights and measurable results.

You will collaborate with a talented team of AI researchers, engineers, and data scientists to tackle complex challenges in AI and enterprise software—from scalable multi-agent systems to fine-tuning large language model applications, real-time monitoring, and closed-loop retraining systems. What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience with modern data platforms such as Teradata, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  • A passion for staying updated on AI research, especially in reasoning, planning, and autonomous systems.
  • A proficient full stack engineer who actively codes and oversees systems from start to finish.
  • Ability to build intuitive UIs with user-friendly natural language interfaces for seamless interaction with data platforms.
  • Strong background in engineering (Python/Java/Golang, API integration, backend frameworks).
  • Excellent system design skills with a keen understanding of distributed systems.
  • A meticulous focus on reliability and ensuring AI systems behave predictably when necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Proficiency with LLMs, agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, ReAct, etc.) and orchestration tools.
  • Knowledge of AI observability tools and practices (e.g., logging, monitoring, metrics for AI agents or ML models).
  • Solid understanding of model performance monitoring, drift detection, and responsible AI principles.

Your Background

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for AI and large language models (LLMs) is a significant asset.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX development using JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, Angular) and CSS libraries (Bootstrap, Material-UI).
  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying agentic systems integrated into data platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, or AI infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs, reinforcement learning, or cognitive architectures is desirable.
  • A commitment to building safe and human-aligned autonomous systems.
  • Experience in software development in Python, Go, or Java.
  • Familiarity with backend service development, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • An interest in LLMs, autonomous agents, or AI tools.
  • Experience working in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Capability to create dashboards and metrics pipelines to track key indicators of AI systems.
  • Integrating observability tooling with LLM-based workflows and agent pipelines.
  • Bonus: Contributions to open-source agentic frameworks or research experience.
