AI Governance

About

For a client in Bern, we are looking for an experienced specialist in the areas of Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and AI Governance.

Responsibilities

• Development, further development, and implementation of governance frameworks in the areas of Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and AI Governance
• Definition and establishment of policies, standards, roles, and processes for the sustainable management of data and AI-related topics
• Creation, maintenance, and further development of a data and AI inventory, including classification, documentation, and governance requirements
• Conception and implementation of control mechanisms to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Development and introduction of data quality concepts for structured and unstructured data, as well as definition of suitable quality metrics and control procedures
• Analysis, evaluation, and optimization of existing data governance and data quality processes
• Support in the introduction and anchoring of AI governance requirements for the responsible and controlled use of AI systems
• Conducting assessments and reviews in the areas of Data Governance, Data Quality, and AI Governance
• Close collaboration with business units, risk, compliance, IT, and other relevant stakeholders to implement defined governance goals
• Ensuring the traceability, transparency, and documentation of governance-relevant structures and decisions

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the areas of Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and/or AI Governance
• Sound knowledge in the development and implementation of governance models, policies, and control frameworks
• Experience in the regulatory environment, ideally in the financial sector
• Good understanding of data management, data quality, data flows, and governance structures
• Experience in the conception and introduction of AI governance approaches is an advantage
• Analytical, structured, and conceptually strong way of working
• High communication skills and experience in dealing with different stakeholders
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
