Classover is an AI-driven K–12 education company building a multi-product ecosystem across offline learning centers, STEM competition programs, and AI-powered education tools.
We are hiring an AI-native Growth Marketing Lead to design and scale our growth systems across all business lines.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine growth marketing + AI tools + system thinking to build scalable acquisition engines.
What you will do
- Build and scale AI-driven growth systems across multiple business lines (offline centers, homework tutor programs, AI learning products, robotics initiatives)
- Design and execute acquisition strategies across both online and offline channels
- Use AI tools and agents to improve marketing workflows, including: content production, lead generation, campaign execution, segmentation, reporting & optimization
- Develop high-conversion marketing content (ads, landing pages, social content, video scripts, parent-facing messaging)
- Conduct market, user, and competitor research to define positioning and go-to-market strategy
- Run continuous experiments to improve CAC, conversion rate, and overall marketing efficiency
- Build repeatable growth playbooks and document scalable marketing systems
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, operations, and education teams to align growth with business goals

You will be building the AI-powered growth engine of the company — turning marketing into a scalable system, not manual work.
You will define how we acquire users, scale campaigns, and use AI to improve marketing productivity.
Who we are looking for
- Experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, marketing operations, or content-driven acquisition
- Strong hands-on experience using AI tools in real marketing execution (not just experimentation)
- Strong understanding of funnels, experimentation, and data-driven growth
- Ability to create clear, persuasive, conversion-focused messaging
- Strong analytical + execution skills, with high ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 0→1 environment
Preferred experience
- Experience in EdTech, consumer internet, subscription, or offline+online business models
- Experience building or optimizing multi-channel acquisition systems
- Familiarity with automation tools, AI agents, or marketing workflows
- Proven track record improving CAC, conversion rate, or campaign ROI
Compensation
- Base salary: $48,000-$70,000/year
- Performance-based bonus tied to growth outcomes
- High-ownership role with direct visibility to leadership
- Opportunity to define AI-driven marketing systems from scratch
- Visa Support: CPT, OPT sponsorship available. H-1B sponsorship may be considered for outstanding candidates.
