Senior Manager: AI Platform Architecture

A leading organisation is recruiting for a Senior Manager: AI Platform Architecture to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade AI platforms that support large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role is suited to a highly technical leader with deep expertise in AI, cloud infrastructure, MLOps, and scalable platform architecture within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable AI platforms aligned to strategic business objectives
• Lead the integration of AI solutions into cloud and enterprise environments
• Drive AI platform optimisation, security, governance, and performance improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, developers, and data scientists
• Oversee AI deployment frameworks, API integrations, and MLOps practices
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards
• Identify opportunities for innovation and emerging AI technology adoption
• Provide strategic technical guidance to senior stakeholders and leadership teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• 8+ years’ experience in AI platform architecture, cloud environments, or enterprise AI deployment
• Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of containerisation and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with MLOps, API integration, and large-scale data processing
• Knowledge of telecom, 5G, IoT, or real-time environments advantageous
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving capabilities
