AI Integration Engineer – Enterprise AI Systems

About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Integration Engineer to support the integration of AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems and workflows. You’ll work on connecting modern AI tools and services with business-critical platforms such as ERP, CRM, and internal operational systems — helping large organisations adopt AI in a practical, scalable, and secure way. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving integration challenges and working across both technical and business-facing environments.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Integrating AI services into enterprise business systems
• Connecting AI tools with platforms such as:
  • SAP
  • Salesforce
  • ServiceNow
  • internal operational systems
• Supporting company-wide AI adoption initiatives
• Building scalable and maintainable integration architectures

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between AI services and enterprise platforms
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations and middleware solutions
• Support AI rollout across operational and business workflows
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of integrations
• Work closely with AI engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and optimise integration performance

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience in system integration, backend engineering, or enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration architectures
• Experience integrating or supporting ERP/CRM platforms
• Experience with cloud environments and modern web services
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms
• Exposure to AI APIs or LLM-based services
• Familiarity with middleware or integration platforms
• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements
