Join our Data Intelligence community to tackle the biggest current AI challenge for businesses: scaling up. As an AI Integration Engineer, you are the essential link that transforms an algorithmic feat into a fluid business tool. Your role? Orchestrate flows, connect GenAI components to the existing infrastructure, and ensure that AI does not remain a silo but becomes a native and high-performing component of operational processes.
Your Responsibilities
You will be involved in the following missions, among others:
- Connect and orchestrate: integrate AI and GenAI services via APIs, event-driven architectures, or complex workflows.
- Facilitate interactions: create robust bridges between AI engines, data foundations, and business applications (ERP, CRM, specific portals).
- Industrialize deployment: actively participate in the production and 'Run' of solutions to ensure flawless availability.
- Secure flows: ensure the performance and security of data exchanges in critical IS environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: align application, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure overall technical consistency.
- Accelerate adoption: support business teams in adopting new AI-driven uses.
Your Daily Challenges
You act as the 'nervous system' of AI projects, from technical connection to actual usage:
- Design integration: define the best strategy for exposing AI services (API Management, Logic Apps, Event-driven) according to the client context.
- Develop connectors: code the orchestration logic for AI agents to interact intelligently with Legacy or Cloud systems.
- Ensure resilience: implement retry, monitoring, and error management mechanisms for 'Zero-Downtime' integrations.
- Acculturate: simplify integration challenges for IT teams and demonstrate operational value to end-users.
Your Technical Toolkit
We are looking for a hybrid profile, comfortable with APIs and AI orchestration frameworks:
- AI Frameworks and Agents: proficiency with orchestration tools like Azure Semantic Kernel, Agent Frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI), or Copilot Studio.
- Cloud Native Integration: expertise in serverless and integration services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, AWS Lambda, EventBridge).
- AI Management: use of managed services for inference and search (Azure AI Search, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI).
- SI Architecture: familiarity with API Management, microservices architectures, and asynchronous communication patterns.
Your Profile: Integrator and Facilitator
- Experience: you have at least 2 years of experience (excluding internships/apprenticeships) in integrating complex solutions, with a strong focus on AI.
- Technical agility: you know how to navigate heterogeneous systems (on-premise, cloud, hybrid) and tackle banking or industrial security challenges.
- Team spirit: you enjoy working cross-functionally and know how to connect Data experts with application developers.
- Automation mindset: you don't just see a technological component; you see a business process to automate and augment.
