Position Overview

The AI Integration Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing AI-driven solutions across the organization. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into existing systems, processes, and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives
• Integrate AI technologies with existing systems including ERP, eCommerce, and cloud platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation and optimization opportunities
• Build and manage APIs and middleware to support system interoperability
• Analyze data and deliver actionable insights through visualization tools
• Monitor performance of AI models and continuously optimize solutions
• Document processes, workflows, and technical implementations
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, data analytics, or related field
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, MS Project, and Jira
• Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and system integrations
• Experience working with ERP and/or eCommerce platforms
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI solutions in a business or enterprise environment
• Exposure to automation tools and data pipelines
• Background in cross-functional project collaboration
