About the Role

What You Will Do

As an AI Intern, you’ll focus on developing and improving AI tools and assistants that enhance internal productivity and automation:

• Work hands‑on on development projects, coding and extending AI‑driven solutions.
• Deploy custom AI agents that interact with internal datasets and APIs using Azure AI, OpenAI services and local LLMs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts in AI, GenAI, and internal teams to define requirements and turn them into functional prototypes.
• Support the continuous improvement of internal processes through automation and AI integration.
• Contribute to innovation discussions, brainstorming sessions, and experimentation with new AI‑driven ideas.
• Apply your coding skills in real‑world projects that make an impact across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on coding skills in Python (experience with APIs, data handling, AI workflows).
• Some experience with frontend development using React and TypeScript, ideally in component‑based or modular architecture.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js.
• Understanding of API integration, authentication (OAuth), and microservice communication.
• Exposure to AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API, Azure AI, or vector databases, elastic search, Azure AI search, etc.).
• Comfortable using Git/GitHub, Docker, and working in collaborative development environments.
• Curious, proactive, and creative mindset; eager to build, break, and improve AI agents through hands‑on experimentation.
