Your Contribution to the Energy Transition

• You are responsible for the setup and AI-compatible connection of the central knowledge platform and the utilization of our data, document, and knowledge sources for AI applications.
• You ensure that Copilot, RAG systems, agents, and automations can build upon reliable, structured, and easily accessible information.
• You integrate and structure data and knowledge sources, develop metadata and retrieval structures, and ensure high quality and up-to-dateness of the knowledge base.
• You work closely with business units, Data Management & BI, and IT to create the technical prerequisites for effective AI solutions.
• You monitor the quality and usability of the knowledge and data base and initiate continuous improvements.
• You regularly report on progress, benefits, and challenges to the team performance and present solution approaches for new requirements.

What You Bring

• You have a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in data integration, knowledge management, or information architecture, ideally with a focus on AI applications.
• You can demonstrate success in preparing data and knowledge sources for applications, including integration with AI systems.
• You have sound knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, knowledge platforms, and RAG systems.
• You possess strong analytical skills and approach complex data challenges in a solution-oriented manner.
• You have strong communication skills and can explain technical issues understandably to business units.
• You are team-oriented and can enforce standards as well as build networks.
• Your fluent English skills complete your profile.
