AI & Microservices Developer

This is an AI-first engineering role that uses Java as its implementation language.

We are looking for a junior-level developer with genuine hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Claude AI someone eager to build real-world AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and integrate LLM-powered features using Claude AI and similar APIs
• Design RAG pipelines for document search, summarization, and Q&A
• Create AI prompts to process and summarize large documents
• Develop Java microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
• Use AI coding agents (e.g., Claude AI) to improve code quality and efficiency
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

• Bachelor s in Computer Science with 4+ years of experience, OR Master s Degree with 6+ months experience
• Real-world experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, or similar) in actual projects
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems and vector databases
• Experience using Claude AI API integration and prompt engineering
• Experience summarizing large documents using LLMs and AI prompts
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Basic understanding of ML/NLP concepts (embeddings, tokens, context windows)

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
