Position Overview

Yumwoof is hiring a creative, AI-Native Product Designer who can help us build the future of premium pet‑wellness shopping experiences. We’re looking for someone who understands customer psychology, ecommerce conversion, and how pet parents shop, and who can use advanced AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar to rapidly turn ideas into polished, high‑performing experiences.

You must have deep experience building DTC landing pages for Meta Ads. You must also have a deep understanding of DTC ecommerce, modern UX patterns, and how to craft interfaces that improve CAC, conversion rates, AOV, retention, and brand trust — all while making Yumwoof’s science‑backed products easy to discover, compare, and purchase.

Key Responsibilities

• Design beautiful landing pages that look extremely cool while being conversion-friendly

• Design high‑converting ecommerce experiences across landing pages, PDPs, checkouts, subscriptions, bundle flows, and post‑purchase funnels

• Build creative, intuitive shopper journeys tailored to the pet‑wellness customer

• Use Claude Code or similar AI development apps to rapidly prototype, refine, debug, and accelerate build cycles

• Create beautiful, conversion‑smart prototypes in Figma using advanced components, responsive systems, and reusable design patterns

• Design UX for customer accounts, subscription management, B2B wholesale portals, and reorder flows

• Develop lightweight front‑end prototypes using AI‑assisted code generation

• Contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling, branded UI, product education, and customer delight moments

• Build scalable design systems and documentation for consistent UX across the entire Yumwoof ecosystem

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, customer service and leadership to ship clean, branded, revenue‑driving experiences

• Review frontend output and provide clear, structured feedback to ensure fidelity

• Use AI tools for UX audits, customer‑behavior research, idea iteration, and increasing workflow velocity

Qualifications

• Deep ecommerce background (DTC highly preferred)

• Experience designing and optimizing landing pages and DTC websites for conversion, trust, and clarity

• Strong creative instincts — visual hierarchy, brand expression, pet‑friendly design language

• Hands‑on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Replit AI, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI dev tools

• Advanced Figma mastery: components, tokens, auto‑layout, prototyping

• Ability to think creatively and technically at the same time

• Understanding of ecommerce performance metrics (AOV, CVR, LTV, CAC, drop‑offs, friction points)

• Strong front‑end understanding — what’s possible, what’s fast, what’s stable

• Clear communication, especially in fast‑moving cross‑functional environments

• A portfolio showcasing creativity, ecommerce experience, and real performance results

This engagement is structured as an international independent contractor arrangement, with compensation payable in USD. The contractor is expected to align availability with CST business hours to support collaboration needs. The engagement is anticipated to require a full‑time level of effort, though the contractor retains discretion over how services are performed.

Pay: From ₹185,780.59 per month
