Must-Have Hard Skills

• 10+ years of back-end development experience within a data workspace
• Strong expertise using Python and PySpark for development
• Strong AI and machine learning skills - CoPilot, VIBE coding
• 10+ years of banking or financial experience
• Exposure to legacy tools and technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, Mainframe etc.)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Collaborative - someone who contributes technical ideas etc.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Nice-to-Have

• AI, Machine Learning, Data Science certifications
