About

For one of our client from banking sector we are looking for AI Platform Engineer.

Start: 01.05.2026 (latest mid May)

Duration: 3 months via Hays with high chances for perm role

Location: Zurich

Tasks

• Design, development and operation of a secure, scalable enterprise GenAI platform based on the Microsoft AI Stack (Azure, AI Foundry, Fabric, Power Platform)
• Establishment of standardised platform capabilities for pro-code, low-code and hybrid agentic AI solutions
• Implementation of security, identity, networking and governance patterns for a regulated banking environment
• Operationalisation of GenAI workloads, including observability, monitoring and cost control
• Empowerment of internal teams through reusable building blocks, templates and reference architectures
• Technology and roadmap alignment with Microsoft, including evaluation of new features for enterprise deployment

Qualifications

• min. 5 years of experience in AI, cloud or platform engineering in enterprise environments
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Azure AI Stack, particularly AI Foundry, Fabric and Power Platform
• Experience with enterprise architectures, security and governance, ideally in a regulated environment
• Practical experience with pro-code and low-code delivery models, as well as CI/CD and automation
• Strong understanding of agentic AI architectures and GenAI operationalisation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a structured, self-directed approach to work
• English fluent
