Activities
- Analysis and structured capture of business requirements in close collaboration with the business departments
- Translation of business requirements into technical AI and platform concepts
- Conception and further development of an AI platform to support internal business processes
- Integration and use of AI-based coding agents for analysis and automation
- Development and adaptation of web applications in the frontend and backend (platform-related)
- Creation and integration of backend and frontend components
- Selection, evaluation, and deployment of suitable AI standards, technologies, and frameworks
- Optimization, maintenance, and ensuring stable and secure application operation
- Coordination between business departments, technology, and product requirements
Candidate Profile
- Completed technical degree or comparable training
- Experience in software development, ideally with an AI focus
- Very good knowledge of TypeScript and modern frameworks
- Experience in the development and integration of interfaces
- Knowledge of databases, ideally including vector databases
- Understanding of AI technologies and AI agents
- Very good communication skills at the interface between business and IT
- Fluent German and English skills (German at C2 level)
