About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, experienced Recruiter based in the Philippines who uses AI and automation as a core part of how they work, not as an afterthought. This is not a manual sourcing role. You'll support hiring across sales, operations, and other business functions for US, Philippines, and India teams, building strong pipelines through intelligent outbound strategies, enriched outreach, and automated sequences.
You will work closely with hiring managers across multiple time zones, playing a key role in identifying, engaging, and advancing high-quality candidates at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates for roles across the organization using a mix of AI tools, automation, and strategic outreach
- Build and run multi-channel outbound campaigns using email enrichment, LinkedIn automation, and sequencing tools
- Use tools like Clay, PhantomBuster, Apollo, or similar to enrich leads and automate prospecting workflows — not rely on manual LinkedIn filtering alone
- Leverage AI (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to write and iterate on high-converting outreach messages, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain strong pipelines across multiple functions (sales, operations, etc.)
- Conduct initial candidate screenings with a strong ability to communicate confidently, sell the role, and get candidates excited
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience end-to-end
- Track outreach performance metrics and iterate quickly on messaging, timing, and targeting
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers across US, Philippines, and India time zones
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with strong expertise in sourcing across multiple roles and markets
- Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment, this is not an entry-level or coordinator role
- Hands-on experience with advanced outbound and automation tools such as Clay, PhantomBuster, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar ,you should be able to describe exactly how you;ve used these in your process
- Active, daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to speed up sourcing, drafting, and decision-making, AI should be baked into how you work, not something you occasionally try
- Ability to build enriched prospect lists using email-finding and data enrichment workflows, not just LinkedIn manual search
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, you must be able to write persuasive, natural-sounding outreach and speak fluently and confidently with candidates to sell roles and close
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven with a strong bias for testing and iteration
- Comfortable working across US, Philippines, and India time zones
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring globally (US and/or India markets)
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics dashboards
- Experience building or optimizing Clay tables or PhantomBuster workflows from scratch
Work Schedule
This role requires working US business hours (evening shift in the Philippines, approximately 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) to ensure overlap with global teams.
