We’re working with a rapidly growing company focused on helping businesses operate more efficiently through technology. As they scale, they’re building out a dedicated AI practice and are looking for someone to own and grow it.

This is not a typical “AI role.”

It’s for someone who can combine client-facing expertise, solution design, and hands-on execution to drive real business outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Act as the AI expert in client conversations, supporting the sales team in converting opportunities
  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable solutions tied to business outcomes
  • Develop and package repeatable AI offerings that can scale across industries
  • Lead early implementations, getting hands-on to test, refine, and establish best practices
  • Define and track success metrics, ensuring strong client outcomes and clear reporting
  • Manage and mentor a small team as the practice grows
  • Evaluate and select tools based on real impact, not hype

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10+ years in a client-facing, solutions-oriented role (solutions consulting, pre-sales, implementation, etc.)
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Bias toward execution — someone who gets things done, not just talks strategy
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small team
  • Strong communicator who builds trust quickly

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI, automation, or data-driven solutions
  • Background in SaaS, consulting, or technical services
  • Experience packaging services or building repeatable solutions
