As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our technology capabilities to develop intelligent, scalable systems that transform how compliance, auditing, and operational decision-making are delivered in practice.

We are seeking an AI Product Engineer to help define and build a new generation of AI-powered tools, systems, and capabilities that support both our internal teams and external clients.

About the Role

We are exploring how AI can fundamentally change how compliance, auditing, and operational decision-making are delivered across dental and healthcare environments. This includes building new AI-powered tools, rethinking existing workflows, and identifying entirely new product opportunities.

As an AI Product Engineer, you will work closely with leadership to define, prototype, and build AI-driven solutions that go beyond incremental improvements. This is a high-ownership role focused on turning real-world operational challenges into scalable, intelligent systems.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in ambiguity, enjoys building from first principles, and wants to play a key role in shaping how AI is applied within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Development & Prototyping

• Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI across our products and services

• Rapidly prototype and validate AI-driven solutions (e.g., assistants, automation tools, decision-support systems)

• Translate real-world workflows into intelligent, scalable systems

Ownership & Technical Leadership

• Own the design and development of AI-enabled features and systems end-to-end

• Help define technical direction and best practices for AI integration across the organization

• Balance speed of iteration with long-term scalability and maintainability

Product & Business Collaboration

• Work directly with leadership and consulting teams to shape new offerings and capabilities

• Bridge the gap between technical possibilities and practical, client-facing solutions

Platform Contribution

• Work within and extend existing systems where needed, balancing new development with practical integration into current workflows

• Contribute to and evolve our existing platforms (including the IPAC Dashboard) where relevant

• Improve data flows, system architecture, and user experience to support AI-driven functionality

Qualifications

Experience

• Experience building and shipping software products (full-stack or backend)

• Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications (e.g., LLM integrations, automation workflows, or applied ML systems)

• Ability to take a problem from concept → prototype → production

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar)

• Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, or equivalent)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar)

Mindset

• Comfortable working in early-stage or evolving environments with a high degree of ambiguity

• Strong product intuition and ability to identify high-impact opportunities

• Able to operate with a high level of autonomy and ownership

• Pragmatic builder who can balance speed of iteration with long-term scalability

Pay: $57,791.77-$90,000.00 per year
