Your Profile

• You already have experience as a developer, e.g., in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, etc.
• You have a technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and system architecture.
• Initial contact with AI/LLMs in a professional context is desirable, but not strictly required.
• You have a profound interest in AI – private projects, experiments, or your own builds are also relevant.
• You understand prompt design, AI workflows, or tool calling – or want to develop further in these areas.
• You possess a high willingness to learn and the intrinsic motivation to develop further in the AI field.
• You are enthusiastic about new technologies and rapid iteration.
• You have an understanding of data-driven product development and iterative optimization.

What is important to us:

We are not looking for a pure theoretician. A technical foundation and genuine enthusiasm for AI are crucial. If you engage with LLMs, workflows, or agents privately and are eager to bring this energy into a product, you will fit in well with us.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the implementation of AI use cases.
• You will develop functional prototypes, e.g., with n8n, API integrations, or your own scripts.
• You will be responsible for the conception and implementation of LLM workflows.
• You will design prompts and systematically optimize AI outputs.
• You will be responsible for building AI workflows, including tool use and orchestration.
• You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and potentially Customer teams.
• You will transfer validated prototypes into production-ready features.
• You will develop your own AI services that are integrated into features and workflows.
• You will use product and usage data to continuously improve features and workflows.
