Your Mission
The mission of the AI Product Manager – Commercial Area at Clicars is to identify, design, and implement AI-driven initiatives across commercial processes, improving lead management, customer experience, and operational efficiency .
You will work with cutting-edge AI technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, and IT) to ensure the AI initiatives are impactful, feasible, and aligned with business objectives .
Our objective is to make AI a strategic lever for commercial transformation and decision-making.
Your Day-to-Day
- Identify AI opportunities in commercial processes and define actionable use cases.
- Design, prioritize, and manage the AI roadmap for the Commercial area .
- Coordinate the implementation of AI initiatives with technical and business teams.
- Define functional requirements, KPIs, and success metrics for AI projects.
- Work with external partners, AI vendors, and automation platforms to deliver solutions.
- Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and escalate decisions regarding investment, scope, or risk .
- Drive adoption of AI and automation tools within commercial teams.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, workshops, and retrospectives to foster collaboration and continuous improvement .
What we're looking for
Essential:
- Experience in technology project management, digital transformation, product management, or functional analysis .
- Experience bridging business and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
- Strong analytical skills, prioritization ability, and business vision .
- Autonomy, proactivity, and a continuous improvement mindset .
- English proficiency B2 or higher .
Valuable:
- Previous experience in AI, automation, or commercial process improvement projects .
- Experience working with CRM systems, internal tools, and process integrations .
- Knowledge of pilot project deployment, KPI tracking, and business impact assessment .
