Join Dedalus as Product Manager - ClinicoGenomics, leading AI-enabled Clinical Data products that advance precision medicine in hospital and health system environments. You will define strategy and roadmaps for AI applications consolidating clinical and genomic data, turning multimodal use cases into commercially viable AI solutions. Collaborate with clinical and research stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities, while guiding end-to-end product lifecycle and success metrics. This role offers the chance to shape healthcare AI at scale within a mission-driven, diverse global team.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the AI product strategy and roadmap for clinical and genomic data to support precision medicine workflows
  • Support the Lead PM in maintaining the global AI product roadmap for Health Data
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of AI portfolio products from ideation to launch and iteration
  • Engage with healthcare and life sciences customers to understand workflows and opportunities for AI-driven improvement
  • Create business cases including scope, cost, and RoI
  • Lead a development team with a Tech Lead to translate requirements into a product using agile methodologies
  • Evaluate third-party data platforms, genomics pipelines, AI vendors, and precision medicine toolkits
  • Define clinical validation frameworks and success metrics for AI-driven applications; support sales in market positioning and post-launch impact tracking
  • Collaborate with QA to ensure compliance with regulatory, data privacy, and clinical safety requirements across geographies (AI Act, GDPR, HL7/FHIR)
  • Communicate progress, risks, and strategic updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Translational Medicine Sciences, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a healthcare setting with exposure to clinical and genomic data
  • Understanding of genomics, clinical data standards (OMOP, FHIR)
  • Experience applying AI/ML to biomedical or clinical data, including multimodal data integration
  • Ability to operate across scientific and commercial functions translating research into product reality
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with clinical/scientific audiences
  • Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification
