Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML products, from concept, design, development to launch.
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
- Closely collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software teams to deliver product iterations.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to define product roadmap.
- Conduct A/B testing, evaluate product performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure product compliance, data privacy, and ethical AI implementation.
- Prepare product documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLM, NLP, deep learning).
- Experience managing technical or AI-driven products.
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum product development.
