• Proven results & ability to drive complex experiences.
• Specific background in messaging or Conv AI is helpful but not required.
• Demonstrate genuine curiosity or initiative without requiring step-by-step direction or tight oversight.
• Availability: I'm looking for someone who can commit to being on site for the required days, is accessible when needed via call/slack, and attends meetings in a meaningful way.
