AI Project Manager:in (Mid Level, Senior)

We are looking for an AI Project Manager with a technical background and AI drive who is passionate about leading our projects and understands in detail how to leverage AI potential. You will manage a team of developers and designers, orchestrate AI agents and actively integrate them into our workflows. You will bridge the gap between complex customer requirements and state-of-the-art AI technology. Become the anchor for our crew and customers!

Responsibilities

• Holistic handling of complex software and AI projects
• Orchestration of AI agents to optimise workflows and processes
• Direct communication with customers & strategic consulting
• Sprint excellence through the use of smart automation tools
• Tech advisory & feasibility decisions
• Requirement definition & creation of technical specifications
• Precision ticketing & backlog refinement in a hybrid working environment
• Technical support throughout the entire project lifecycle

What we offer

Your salary will be based on your qualifications and experience. Depending on your seniority, we offer a significant increase on the minimum salary set out in the collective agreement. Legal notice: This position is covered by the IT Collective Agreement (ST1). The minimum basic salary under the collective agreement for this position at junior level is €3,267.00 gross per month (based on 14 payments per year).

Qualifications

• Sound technical understanding
• High affinity for AI and active use of LLMs/AI tools for process optimisation
• Analytical mindset for structuring complex, intelligent processes
• Strong communication skills, empathy and confident manner when dealing with customers
• Pioneering spirit: curiosity about the transformation of the world of work through AI
• Fluent in German and English

Nice to have

• Understanding of complex data dependencies and the relationship between multiple endpoints
• Review of designs for technical feasibility and required interfaces
• Confident use of Postman or Bruno for testing and debugging interfaces

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant agency experience in handling digital projects (Mobile, Web)
