AI Project Manager

About the Role

The AI Project Manager leads and executes data-driven projects across collection, processing, and delivery at pocstock. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end workflows, ensuring datasets are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with detailed client and internal requirements.

Success in this role means delivering complex data and content projects on time and to precise specifications, maintaining high levels of accuracy, organization, and quality across all datasets and workflows, and building reliable project systems and coordination processes that support consistent execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of AI data projects, including data collection, processing, and final delivery
• Own timelines, deliverables, and coordination across multiple concurrent projects
• Work directly with internal teams, partners, and clients to align on project scope, requirements, and expectations
• Establish, maintain, and enforce detailed quality standards across datasets and deliverables
• Build and maintain project documentation, workflows, and tracking systems to ensure clarity and accountability
• Implement tools and systems, including AI-driven solutions, to improve project efficiency and execution
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues
• Ensure all data and content outputs meet technical, structural, and client-specific requirements
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align project execution with company priorities

Experience

• 2–5+ years of experience in project management, data operations, or related roles.
• Strong experience managing complex, detail-oriented projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Technical understanding of data structures, datasets, and content processing workflows.
• Familiarity and comfort working with AI systems and tools.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and execute across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly accountable, structured, and execution-focused.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Connection to Newark or the surrounding community is a plus.
• Ability to work in or regularly commute to Newark, NJ preferred.
