Our client is looking for an innovative AI Research Engineer to join their cutting-edge research facility in Kano, Kano, NG. This role is at the forefront of developing next-generation artificial intelligence solutions, focusing on machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and evaluate novel AI algorithms and models that address complex real-world challenges.
• Conduct thorough research.
• Experiment with different AI architectures.
• Contribute to the overall advancement of our AI capabilities.
• Translate research findings into practical applications.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the AI landscape.
• Document research findings.
• Prepare technical reports.
• Potentially contribute to academic publications or conferences.

You will work closely with a team of talented researchers and engineers, participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative project development.

What We're Looking For

• Strong theoretical foundation in AI.
• Extensive hands-on experience with relevant programming languages and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality research outcomes.

A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field is highly desirable.

Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies would be an added advantage.
