Key Responsibilities: • Develop and Deliver: Engage in the full software development lifecycle by designing, building, testing, and delivering high-quality solutions using modern software practices.
• Build Scalable ML Solutions: Design large-scale data processing pipelines to facilitate the development and training of novel machine learning algorithms, while ensuring high performance in large online delivery environments.
• Collaborative Team Player: Work in a team-oriented environment where sharing information and valuing diverse ideas is essential, collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams.

What We're Looking For: • A Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of software engineering experience, particularly with machine learning and natural language processing.
• Experience in Python software development stacks and ecosystems, ideally also familiar with other programming languages.
• Capability to understand, apply, integrate, and deploy machine learning techniques into various systems.
• Familiarity with the Python data science stack, including libraries like Numpy, SciPy, Pandas, Dask, spaCy, NLTK, and scikit-learn.
• A commitment to writing clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• A strong desire to learn and engage with emerging technologies.
• Understanding of probabilistic models and the mathematical concepts underlying machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in automation, system monitoring, and cloud-native applications, with knowledge of AWS or Azure.
• Previous exposure to Natural Language Processing tasks such as Named Entity Recognition, Information Extraction, and Information Retrieval.
• A capacity to understand and translate between research and engineering methodologies.
• Ability to implement machine learning solutions into production-ready software.

Our use of AI in recruitment means that, unless opted out, our AI system will evaluate your information against job requirements to streamline hiring processes. This role may also be located at one of our offices in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The salary range in these locations is $101,600 - $188,700, or $88,200 - $163,800 for eligible US locations. In Ontario, Canada, the salary range is $80,000 - $100,000. Pay is determined based on knowledge, skills, and experience, and may include an Annual Bonus based on enterprise and individual performance.
