Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art AI and machine learning models.
• Conduct research into new AI techniques and algorithms, evaluating their potential applications.
• Process and analyze large datasets to train and refine AI models.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI models into existing and new products.
• Optimize model performance for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Stay current with the latest research papers, conferences, and trends in AI and machine learning.
• Document research findings, methodologies, and code.
• Present research results and project progress to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the development of intellectual property and potential publications.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models (e.g., deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP).
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML, such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark) is a plus.
