AI Security Engineering Director Opportunity

Become a pivotal leader in AI security at Intuition Machines as our Engineering Director. This fully remote role focuses on team leadership, product development, and system automation. In this role, you will recruit and cultivate engineering talent, guiding teams to deliver robust AI/ML security products. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and translation of business needs into technical solutions. Your leadership will drive adherence to software quality while optimizing development processes through automation and instrumentation. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and lead technical teams of 20-60 engineers • Liaison between engineering, product, and sales teams • Maintain high standards of software quality and velocity • Define and drive automation for improved observability • Model go-to-market strategies alongside sales and product teams Requirements: • At least 5 years of leading engineering teams with security focus • Strong experience with Python, NodeJS, and Go or Rust • Familiar with Kubernetes and distributed systems design principles • Proven success in DevOps and test-driven development • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Elevate cybersecurity by leveraging your leadership and technical skills at Intuition Machines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
