• As an AI Software Engineer (Full stack, Frontend, Backend), you design, develop, and integrate AI-enabled and Generative AI-powered solutions into modern applications.
• You work hands-on across the full stack while applying AI technologies to enhance user experiences, automate processes, and deliver measurable business value.
• Depending on your experience, you may also lead small development teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to solution design and technical decision-making.
• You collaborate closely with product owners, designers, architects, and other engineers as part of multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure full-stack applications.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into applications and development workflows.
• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI agents to support automation and improved user interaction.
• Implement AI-driven features using modern frameworks, APIs, and services.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate across the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment and support.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code aligned with best practices.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues across applications and AI components.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and actively contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

Erfahrung

• 2+ years of professional experience in software or full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience using AI and Generative AI tools in application development.
• Proven experience designing and deploying Generative AI agents or AI-powered features.
• Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Solid backend/API development experience with Python, .NET Core, Node.js.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. SQL Server, Cosmos DB).
• Experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms.

Ausbildung

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
