Now we are taking the next step: We are becoming the first AI-First ERP system. To achieve this, we are developing innovative solutions with applied artificial intelligence and consistently driving the integration of AI into business processes.

We already use agent-assisted software development and meet the highest cloud IT security standards of the BSI.

Our AI team is working on its own ChatGPT client with deep integration into the business context (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitHub, ERP data) as well as on extending our products with intelligent AI features.

We are looking for reinforcement for this team of top-class developers.

Your Tasks

• Development & Integration: You will implement AI-First applications and integrate them into intelligent workflows for our business software.
• Technology Scouting: You will evaluate new frameworks, tools, and AI technologies (e.g., LangChain, TensorFlow, AI-SDK) and implement prototypes.
• Architecture & Scaling: You will design and develop modern web and backend architectures with a focus on scalability, cloud services, telemetry & tracing.
• Quality & Operations: You will ensure quality through automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and maintained infrastructure.
• Customer Focus: You will work with internal stakeholders and customers to identify and realize new application possibilities for AI.

What You Should Bring:

• Programming Languages: Very good knowledge of TypeScript or Python (alternatively Java).
• Backend Experience: Experience with Node.js and developing scalable server architectures; confident handling of authentication and databases.
• Databases: Good knowledge of SQL, ideally PostgreSQL.
• AI Know-how: Enthusiasm for generative & statistical AI, initial practical experience with tools like LangChain, TensorFlow, or an AI-SDK.
• DevOps & Cloud: Knowledge of Docker, AWS (or comparable cloud platform), as well as monitoring and tracing tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger) is advantageous.
• Communication: Good German and English skills, team spirit, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
