The Opportunity

We are looking for an AI Architect with deep experience in enterprise AI systems, data transformation, and modern Agentic and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. In this role, you will design, govern, and enable large‑scale AI solutions that are secure, reliable, explainable, and production‑ready. You will partner closely with data engineering teams, platform architects, product owners, security, and executive stakeholders to translate complex business objectives into actionable AI architectures.

What You'll Do

AI & Solution Architecture

• Design end‑to‑end AI architectures from data ingestion to inference, orchestration, and monitoring.
• Create reference architectures for:
  • Agentic systems (multi‑agent coordination, tool usage, workflow‑driven AI)
  • RAG pipelines (vector stores, retrieval strategies, prompt orchestration)
  • Hybrid deterministic + probabilistic AI systems
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.

Data Transformation & Enablement

• Architect data platforms optimized for AI workloads across structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured data.
• Guide data transformations that support feature availability, semantic layers, lineage, and metadata governance.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on pipelines, quality, transformations, and observability.
• Align AI use cases with data maturity and platform constraints.

Agentic & RAG Systems

• Design and operationalize Agentic AI patterns including task decomposition, tool integration, memory, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
• Architect RAG systems covering embedding strategies, vector databases, retrieval optimization, and prompt/context management.
• Evaluate trade‑offs between RAG, fine‑tuning, and hybrid AI approaches for different use cases.

Platform, Security & Governance

• Define guardrails for responsible AI, including security, privacy, access control, and model governance.
• Establish observability for AI models, including monitoring, evaluation, and drift detection.
• Support architectural reviews and AI readiness assessments.

Client Advisory & Transformation

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on AI strategy and implementation.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI capabilities and solution roadmaps.
• Contribute to AI Centers of Excellence and enterprise transformation programs.

What You Bring to the Table

• Extensive experience designing and delivering production AI systems in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in large language models, Agentic frameworks, and RAG architectures.
• Solid software engineering foundation (Python, Java, or similar).
• Experience integrating AI into existing enterprise platforms and applications.
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures (data lakes, lakehouses, warehouses, streaming pipelines).
• Experience deploying solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization, APIs, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.
