Job Description: AI Solution Architect

Location: Bangalore / Mangalore (Hybrid)

About the Role

This role is ideal for a highly experienced AI professional who can drive enterprise AI strategy, design scalable solutions, and engage with senior stakeholders to deliver business value through AI and data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI roadmap aligned with business objectives

• Design scalable GenAI, ML, and data-driven solutions

• Evaluate and implement LLM ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI)

• Establish AI governance, compliance, and security frameworks

• Consulting & Stakeholder Management

• Lead AI discovery workshops and solution discussions

• Translate business problems into AI-driven solution architectures

• Present AI strategies and value propositions to CXO-level stakeholders

• Drive adoption of AI as a productivity and transformation enabler

• Solution Development

• Develop reusable AI frameworks and accelerators

• Standardize prompt engineering, evaluation, and deployment practices

• Ensure scalable and production-grade implementations

• Business Growth & Pre-Sales

• Support pre-sales activities and proposal development

• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities using AI solutions

• Contribute to AI-led business growth strategy

• Leadership & Team Development

• Mentor and guide AI architects and engineering teams

• Promote AI-first mindset across teams

• Drive continuous learning and upskilling initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Data, AI, or Advanced Analytics

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM technologies

• Strong understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines

• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and MLOps

• Experience in regulated industries (Pharma preferred)

• Strong consulting and client-facing experience

• Comfortable interacting with both technical teams and senior leadership
