Role

In this role, you will actively shape how companies concretely use artificial intelligence and decide where Microsoft Copilot is sufficient and where individual solutions create real added value. You will accompany clients from the initial idea to implementation, analyze business processes, develop precise use cases, and realize solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, or local infrastructure. You will develop agentic AI solutions that orchestrate knowledge, data, tools, and existing systems, combining Copilot Agents, Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, RAG, Tool Calling, APIs, and, if necessary, multi-agent approaches. This creates solutions that not only provide answers but also support workflows, initiate actions, and make existing knowledge available at the right moment. You will be responsible for ensuring that these AI solutions not only work but are also secure, understandable, and truly helpful in the daily lives of users.

Responsibilities

• You plan and realize AI projects based on Microsoft 365, Azure, and Leuchter CLOUD.
• In this role, you implement Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Agents for customer-specific requirements.
• You develop individual AI solutions with Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or local infrastructure.
• As a Solution Engineer, you analyze customer processes and derive concrete AI Use Cases.
• You integrate AI functions into existing systems such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, CRM/ERP, and third-party applications.
• In this role, you ensure data protection, permissions, security, and governance for all AI solutions and work closely with customers in workshops, prototypes, and rollouts.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more disciplines such as application development (C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python), Microsoft 365 / SharePoint / Teams, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio), or Microsoft Foundry / Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Search
• Confident handling of APIs, data structures, authentication methods, and system integration
• Ability to quickly grasp customer processes and translate them into suitable technical solutions
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and modern Microsoft Cloud technologies
• Structured, meticulous way of working with a passion for prototyping, testing, and documentation
• Very good German skills for conducting customer workshops and creating documentation
