AI Solution Engineer

Your Role at Convidera

As an AI Solution Engineer at Convidera, you will work on developing AI-based solutions – from the initial idea through implementation to productive operation. You will combine technical understanding and conceptual thinking, developing solutions in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and our clients.

You will not only be a developer but also a sparring partner for business departments. You will translate complex AI topics into understandable solutions and ensure that technology creates real added value.

You will work continuously in exchange with our broadly positioned development teams and implement solutions together – with a clear focus on collaboration rather than isolated end-to-end responsibility.

Your Tasks

• You conceptualize and design AI-based solutions – from initial use cases to scalable architectures.
• You technically implement these solutions, working closely with interdisciplinary teams.
• You are responsible for the operation of AI systems, including deployment, monitoring, and further development together with our development teams.
• You analyze and evaluate datasets as the basis for reliable AI applications.
• You take responsibility for parts of the software architecture and actively contribute to technical decisions.
• You translate technical concepts into understandable content for non-technical internal and external stakeholders.
• You actively drive the internal further development of our AI initiatives and establish best practices, tools, and workflows.

Your Profile

• You have experience in the conception, implementation, and operation of AI solutions and understand what is important in productive use (e.g., scalability, stability, maintainability).
• You have a good understanding of the current AI and LLM landscape and their application possibilities in real use cases.
• You have a solid understanding of software architecture and can apply it in practice to AI applications.
• You work confidently with Python and use common tools and frameworks in the AI context (e.g., notebooks, orchestration frameworks like LangChain).
• You know the basics of modern software development, e.g., version control (Git), testing, CI/CD, and code quality standards.
• You approach tasks in a structured and solution-oriented manner, take responsibility, and drive topics forward independently.
• You can prepare complex technical content understandably and communicate it appropriately for the target audience.
