Your Role

In this position, you will act at the interface between business departments and technology. The focus is less on pure model development and more on identifying and implementing concrete AI use cases within the company.

Your Tasks

• Identification of AI potentials through analysis of existing business processes
• Close collaboration with business departments to gather requirements and derive concrete use cases
• Implementation of AI solutions based on Microsoft technologies, especially in the area of Copilot and AI platforms
• Development of Low-Code / No-Code solutions for rapid realization of automation and assistance systems
• Evaluation of feasibility, scalability, and governance aspects of AI applications
• Conducting workshops and advising internal stakeholders on the use of AI
• Contribution to the further development of the company-wide AI strategy

Your Profile

• Practical experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Data, or digital transformation
• Ability to understand business processes and derive meaningful AI use cases from them
• Experience with Microsoft AI technologies, especially: Copilot / Copilot Studio, AI Foundry or Azure AI Services
• Know-how in building solutions in the Low-Code / No-Code environment
• Basic understanding of LLMs and their application possibilities in business contexts
• Strong communication skills and the ability to mediate between business departments and IT
• Experience in workshops, projects, or consulting-related roles is an advantage
• Structured, independent way of working, as well as teamwork skills
• Very good German language skills (C1 or higher)
