Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Your role is to turn AI ambition into real, scalable, production-ready solutions by building reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and engineering patterns that unblock teams and accelerate delivery.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it)

As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you operate at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, and platform thinking.

Your success is measured by:

• How many teams you enable
• How quickly AI solutions reach production
• How broadly your frameworks and patterns are adopted

You build real systems, not demos—and you design them to last.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI-enabled applications using modern full-stack and cloud-native architectures
• Build reusable AI frameworks and reference implementations (RAG, document processing, agent/workflow patterns)
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms with strong engineering discipline
• Apply AI-first delivery practices to reduce friction and accelerate outcomes
• Implement applied GenAI patterns: prompt/tool orchestration, agentic workflows, evaluation, and guardrails
• Design model-agnostic solutions resilient to rapid AI ecosystem change
• Own engineering excellence: CI/CD, automated testing, observability, monitoring
• Mentor engineers and lead architecture/design reviews
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver shippable, production-ready milestones

Your future team

You will work with globally distributed, agile engineering teams responsible for mission-critical, high-volume platforms operating at scale, where resilience, security, and governance are non-negotiable.

Your tech stack

• Languages: Java and/or Python
• Backend: APIs, distributed services, event-driven architectures
• AI / GenAI: RAG, LLM orchestration, agents, prompt design, evaluation & guardrails
• Cloud: Azure (preferred)
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, telemetry, monitoring
• Data & Messaging: Vector databases, embeddings, Kafka or high-throughput messaging systems

You are

• A builder with an AI-first mindset, focused on scale and reuse
• Experienced (6+ years) in delivering and operating production full-stack systems
• Strong in system design, scalability, resiliency, and security
• Hands-on with real GenAI applications in production, not just POCs
• Comfortable in regulated or enterprise environments
• Able to simplify complexity and raise the engineering bar across teams
• A clear technical communicator who influences through impact, not hierarchy
