About

firstPRO is seeking a AI Solutions Engineer who will design, implement, and manage AI‑powered solutions across key business functions including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Distribution. This individual will partner closely with business leaders and IT to identify opportunities, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure successful adoption of AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI‑driven automation and process improvement across the organization
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics for AI initiatives
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents, workflows, and integrations leveraging tools such as OpenAI and ChatGPT Enterprise
• Integrate AI/ML models, APIs, and services into existing enterprise systems (ERP, eCommerce, data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks)
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and third‑party vendors
• Develop and execute test plans to validate performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI solutions
• Monitor and optimize AI systems post‑deployment to ensure ongoing performance and business value
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards
• Lead training and change management efforts to drive adoption of AI tools across the organization
• Stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience implementing AI/ML solutions within enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts, data analysis, and visualization techniques
• Proven experience with APIs, middleware, and system integrations
• Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP systems and enterprise data sources
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, SharePoint)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenAI, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms
• Exposure to data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks
• Understanding of Lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies

$75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
