Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and streamline business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate
• Translate business use cases into practical, working automation solutions
• Collaborate with IT, Data, and Security teams to ensure production-ready implementations
• Optimize workflows for efficiency, usability, and scalability
• Support deployment, user adoption, and continuous improvement of solutions
• Document workflows, architectures, and usage for maintainability

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate
• Experience with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse
• Proven track record delivering AI, automation, or workflow optimization solutions
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Delivery-focused mindset with emphasis on reliability and adoption

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with additional AI or automation platforms beyond Microsoft
• Exposure to Python, SQL, or scripting for integrations
• Experience improving or modernizing internal workflows
• Post-deployment support and iteration experience
