Job Description

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will be critical in crafting and deploying artificial intelligence solutions that enhance our internal systems and operations. Collaborating closely with the technology team and various departments, you will identify opportunities to leverage AI for improved efficiency and data-driven decision-making. This hands-on role involves configuring and optimizing a variety of technologies.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and configure cutting-edge AI software.
• Design and implement integrations for AI tools with core systems and data.
• Stay abreast of new tools in a fast-evolving landscape.
• Integrate AI technologies with existing data and systems through APIs and automation.
• Collaborate across departments to understand needs and deliver AI solutions.
• Ensure seamless functionality of AI tools within our cloud infrastructure.
• Remain informed about the latest developments in AI and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot and rectify issues pertaining to AI tools and integrations.
• Provide training and support to team members regarding AI tool usage.

What You Should Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a technology role within a cloud-first and progressive IT setting.
• A strong understanding and enthusiasm for AI.
• Familiarity with advanced LLMs and the latest AI products.
• Demonstrated experience in configuring and deploying AI tools.
• Solid grasp of cloud-based infrastructure and services.
• Capability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with data formats like JSON, XML, and CSV, and their transformations.
• Preferred experience with tools like OpenAI, Workato, and Databricks.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for technology and ongoing learning.
• Experience in the healthcare or advertising industries is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in an Agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Range

$110,000-$120,000

This amount represents the company’s anticipated pay for this position at the time of publication. Compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Working with Real HART

Since the onset of the pandemic, we have adapted to meet our people's preferences regarding work environments. We boast office locations in major US, UK, and European cities, where many employees and clients can connect as needed. For employees within an hour of our offices, we expect attendance two days a week in the office or onsite with clients. We are also actively opening new office locations, consequently applying our Real HART policy. Our goal is not mere attendance but to facilitate in-office meetings, one-on-ones with managers, on-site learning, and client partner interactions, which are crucial to fulfilling our mission of optimizing healthcare.
